The Melt Down 2010

After so much snow, it is refreshing to hear the water dripping!
It has been SO COLD that we haven't had a chance to really play in the snow since mid December. Today it was in the upper 20s maybe even 30 degrees, and it felt AWESOME. So we played for an hour and a half, making up for lost time.

Here is our house all snowed in.
John Paul enjoyed making snow angels and Ethan, well, he just fell over.
We found little shovels and away they went, digging and digging and digging. It was great!

Ethan took a few face plants while we were playing. Most of the time, he was just covered with snow, but one was on the concrete and you can see the scrape on his right cheek.
Digging and digging and digging.
I yelled "Say Cheese" and they both just sort of looked in the direction of my voice.
We are working on "Don't eat yellow snow" but even eating if from a yellow shovel is pushing it for me.
