One of my favorite sights along our trip was seeing the Great Salt Lake Desert for the first time. We rounded this bluff in the car, and BAM! There is was. It was so flat and vast and you could see the white salt. Just amazing. My picture doesn't do it justice.

An artsy one for Andi.

Our hotel was on the ground floor and the boys loved yelling to everyone walking by! It also smelled really damp so we didn't mind having the window open and weren't paying extra for running the air conditioner while it was open.

We timed our arrival in Colorado around our good friend, Laura's wedding. Below, Laura's dad is walking her down the aisle. She was a beautiful bride!

Laura and Kevin exchanging their vows and the blessing of the rings.

And our family after a full day and a night of dancing. All tuckered out!!

We visited some family members too that live in Colorado. Matt's cousin, Susie, lives with her husband in Boulder, CO.

And my cousin, Jen, lives with her husband and three kids in Denver. Jen is holding her youngest Myles, such a cutie!
