Park Play turned Carnival!

We had planned an evening of fun with my sister's family, starting with Matt's inaugural visit to Sonic (my favorite drive-in restaurant for those non-Midwest readers). Then off to a fun little park. However, we we got to the park, we found out that the county fair was going on. So after a little playing and some persuasion by our husbands, the kids rode a few rides.

Matt was pretty excited to take John Paul on the Ferris wheel, but I wasn't so optimistic. But he did great! I think Matt enjoyed taking him on it too.
