Some Family Reunion

After spending 3 days in Bismarck, we traveled on to the farm to spend some time with Matt's parents.  We arrived a few days before the "Some Family Reunion" that weekend.  6 of the 7 kids came with spouses, boyfriend, girlfriend, and kids.  We all really missed Kitty's gang too.

So basically all weekend long, we did a lot of this:
We STOCKED the fridge!  (I took this as a BEFORE shot, but I forgot to take an AFTER.)
Celebrated Nick's entry into the thirties with a "Turdy Cake."  My boys might have been a bit scandalized by the candy decorative droppings as they have been told not to talk about poop unless they have to go to the bathroom.
We had some great Grandma and Grandpa time.
Oh, and then there was the Elmo piñata (and homemade!!  I was impressed.)  I think it was Anne's idea to whack Elmo.
John Paul and Ethan loved it!  And have since been asking for another piñata.
Lots of hanging out with the cousins.
 And playing in the sandbox.
 Plenty of games of washers.
 Smiles all around.
Taking in some Beer Pole action.
Complete with a roadtrip to Fargo
to see the Ciro and Topher Show, starring Chris!!  (Not sure what went on with my camera, but it actually is kind of a cool shot.)
Elaine and Heather organized several Minute-to-Win-It games.  I took mostly videos of these, but that is just too much to post.
Isn't he darling?  He is trying to bounce and catch three tennis balls in his bucket within a minute.  And he did it!!
The boys had fun with their games too.  This one they had some double stick tape on their noses and had to get cottonballs
and move them to a different bucket in just one minute!!  Get it?  Minute-to-Win-It?
Some pool time with my buds.
 Chickens, chickens, everywhere!!
We had a water-balloon toss and then they wanted to do a HUGE water balloon, named him, Bob and could barely get it off the ground.  It's all about the fun in trying.

 Naomi hanging out with Daddy.
 Naomi hanging out with Mommy.
 And just hanging out.
